About the role
We are looking for a Front End Developer to join our tech team. In this role, you will build and maintain the user interfaces that bring Pandawa’s AI writing tools to life. You will work closely with our design, backend, and product teams to deliver smooth and responsive experiences for our customers. From creating new features to improving performance, your work will directly shape how writers, marketers, and teams interact with Pandawa every day.
This role is fully remote and reports to the Head of Engineering. It is open to candidates located in Indonesia or other regions across Asia.
Job description
Develop responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks
Work closely with designers to bring ideas to life
Ensure performance and accessibility across devices
Collaborate with backend and product teams to ship features
Minimum requirements
3+ years of experience in front end development
Strong knowledge of React or similar frameworks
Familiarity with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript best practices
Experience with performance optimization and testing
